I posted for the first time a few days ago and have been amazed to see that the two songs I put up have been getting substantial downloads. What puzzles me about it is how anyone would find the songs.

I decided to try and find them as if I didn't know they existed and try to stumble upon them. I met with failure.
So my questions are:

Has anyone experienced something similar and later figured out how people found your media?

and

Are there sites/blogs out there that specifically deal with highlighting items from the archive (other than the staff's rather outdated blog posts)?

Thanks.
